Is this saying true? That men from southern parts of Korea are the best looking out of all of Korea and the women from the northern parts are the best looking out of all of Korea.
I knew a lot of 부산 hoes and they were pretty hot by my standards.

My mom once told me that the Women from North/North Korea are suppose to be the best looking in Korea and the Men from South/South Korea are the best looking in Korea. I think it is just an old saying though from long time ago, like Joseon era maybe?
