It's not THAT great...just imagine slimy octopus that's moving covered in whatever sauce you like...

Honestly, I prefer the non-moving, non-slimy octopus over this...

Btw...it's not alive if that's the main reason you want to try it...it's just that the nerves of the fish react to heat and I think they bring it out like pre-cooked a little.
(Something like that...but I assure you it ain't alive)
