What is Running Man exactly? To me it kinda seems like a mixture of infinity Challenge and 1 night 2 days.

Thats exactly what it is.
Its shameful that they have 유느님 and still can't run a good show, try to run their show with 무한도전style with terrible creativity and enough repetition to match the predictability of 1박2일
Only thing good about the show is 월요커플

Should I even watch it? I like Infinity Challenge though and 1 Night 2 Day is pretty good too.

Only Korean show worth watching is 무한도전 everything else is bad, repetitive, overplayed, predictable, boring, etc.
