At work, my co-worker who is Korean treats me like a younger brother and teases me. She gives a strong hint that she likes me and when my boss asks if she does, she's like I wouldn't mind having him as my bf.

And at another place, there is this girl that keeps trying to talk to me. Asked for my facebook and when I wasn't there, she asked my friend for my phone number.

What is a polite way to say I'm not interested because I'm busy. And to be honest, I'm not interested in Korean girls.

Yeah both these girls are from Korea. One has been here for maybe 2-3 years and the other has only been here for less than a year. I don't want to seem rude though because I see them everyday/week.

ya they fobs, the one you dont want just dont say directly you not interested. you can always drop hints how busy you are and no time for a social life or
a nice way to tell her your not interested is suggest to her setting her up with one of your friends, she will see you not interested in her that way.
most korean couples meet by being introduced by mutual friends, so sets ups are pretty common.
