well i cant really eat spicy food i had
안동찜닭 ( an dong jjim dak ) this is really good lots of places that sells ( depends on where ur staying, ur relatives should know best where its good )
i really like korean 한정식 ( han jung sik ) very traditional and good :p
something simple would be just ordering 양념통닭 ( yang nyum tong dak ) or 짜장면 ( jja jang myun )
walk out and buy 순대국 ( soon dae gook ) 해장국 ( hae jang gook ) and such

alot of korean-japanese places are great too

or i should say they are all great lol

lots of places to shop, if ur @ or near seoul, go to dong dae moon and go doota mileore or the one i dont remeber name of...

63 building is okay i guess
i liked nam san tower better

u can go to like kyung bok goong, or any other ones near ur place w/e

i went to bak mool gwan as well it was relaly interesting

u can chill with ur friends @ clubs or night clubs ( two are totally diff btw, dunno ur taste )

go to theme parks

swimming parks

bla bla bla

watch concerts shows muscials they were mostly all great ( more expensive ones were to be better, to be honest, more bucks for better show )

okay ill shut up now i wanna go back

everything will b fun if you have friends to chill with.

good places to shop/chill/eat - 강남/명동/동대문/신촌/홍대(lots of clubs here and lots of 고딩s/대딩s)/ and most importantly 면세점 <-- cheap
good places to go for watching/sightseeing - 혜화동(대학로) for watching musicals (they are cheap and pretty good)/한강(go to hangang with friends at night with chickens and beers)
good places to go with no reason - nightclubs/clubs (yup)

there are way more places to go but rly, if u have friends to chill with, newhere is fun. would b more fun if u have 이성 친구 :)
and places to eat yummy foods is everywhere so wont b so hard to find.

umm just go enjoy.

When I went all the restaurants had great food, obviously Korean can cook the best Korean food lol. So food wise anywhere can be great. For sightseeing there are a lot of historical places. I went to see the turtle ship and some temples. Also go to the little rivers/streams very cool and refreshing. Also the mountains are awesome you can hike and see things, also the water is supposedly the best and clean. Yeah but if your old enough the night clubs and clubs can be fun. Also maybe a concert by a Korean group or singer if it is during your stay. Shopping probably as stated already would be in Seoul.

Actually yes they will most likely. Since Koreans believe if your Korean you should know your history, language, and writing. But it really depends. Korea has changed a lot from its old ways. More open now so I really am not sure. Your relatives might think you should though.
