and 70 kilobytes for the signature. Offending images will be removed followed by a warning
if it continues rights to have a Signature and Avatar will be permanently removed.

um... mine is perfect size
400 x 150
I think your sig is too big 378 x 151

and gif... i can't do anything about the actually file size
