was our defensive vulnerable when we went offensive in first half ?
when we did went defensive, we were much more vulnerable in 2nd half than 1st half to
their offense i.e. 3 free goals that Nigeria missed in 2nd half

a coach in his right mind would go on defensive if nigeria is about to go all out on attack

yeah.. they already had every reason to go offense without worry...

we had every advantage and reason to offensive in 2nd half
with 3 of their players having yellow cards and them going all out offensive

we had to go on defensive because our defense was being penetrated too easily

btw defensive mid is hard.. keeping your eyes on everything at all times where all the players are and in charge of communication not just going to ball it shows up infront of you

we needed someone like 남일 but we didnt know hes 병신 cuz its 8 years later since he was gfg in 2002 so he would have the sense down.. which is what defensive mid center does....

허정무 should have known
he should know the status of his players
when he had few months to watch over

and playing ability of 김남일 was questioned
every since 2006 w.c.



and our defense were still being penetrated
and he subbed our offensive player towards the end still
and went more defensive

no basis in logic in that

our defense played poorly all throughout the game

the fact is we had much higher 점유율 in first half
when we were going offensive, and dropped a lot
in second half when we were going defensive

when we did went all defense, the Nigerians defense line move up
as did with mid, pressuring us w/ unable to do anything
and lost control of the game.. just glad Nigeria messed up 3x 100% chances in
the last 10 mins of the game
