I want to probably go around Spring of next year. Is it a good idea to buy the ticket early this September for next year? What should my budget be? I want to stay at a hotel and such.

I personally would go around Nov or Feb, get away from the nasty summer days
You can actually rent tourist rooms for like $200-400 a month and rest of your budget can be split towards travel/food/spendings
