please PM me if you want to help the site with translations

it's a lot of hard work and we cannot pay for it, but we appreciate such help to the chinese speaking community a lot

this needs to be professional, so only PM me if you can do it with correct spelling and decent language

English and Chinese are both my main languages as I am from Singapore and our school system is based on both languages :)
