I'm not Chinese so my Chinese isn't amazing, but here's the gist: the top document is the tax registration for a corporation from Shenzhen made out to a "Fu Hejun" (using Mandarin romanization, which probably is not appropriate given that he's probably Cantonese). The company was supposed to sell electronics, digital products, etc.
The second document is a business license. The biggest difference in content is that this says the company was supposed to start up with 50k RMB. If you need more and can wait three weeks for my finals to end, I may be willing to go line by line and do an actual translation then.
I will definitely think about this. Thank you so far!
