Not those of you who moved to Beijing or are Visiting, but anyone who was born and actually grew up there?

I was born there and moved to the states when i was young, and visit back every year or two for the summer. Last summer they were still finishing up construction and preparing for the Olympics, prices were as high as ever on just about everything. It's getting more and more over crowded, but damn i miss being there.

Anyone wanna fill me in on the last years events?

My laptop doesnt have the capability to write chinese characters.
Nothing to do with my education there buddy.

I guess nobody understands english.
Either that or you just can't comprehend the fact someone can speak both mandarine and english fluently?

我也是windows en, 提供一个 xp 的解决方法 ：
----------------------------------------
start Control Panel Date,Time, Language and Regional options Regional and Language options Languages 选 install files for East Asia languages --〉Apply (插入 xp 安装盘)

然后选 Details Add... Chinese(PRC)[这里看自己喜欢了]
----------------------------------------

然后你就可以用一种奇怪的拼音输入法了... 建议装个 google 拼音。

这样做不方便处是要用掉 200M + 的硬盘， 我看没这个必要就不用装了。 还好大家都懂一些英文， 交流应该不成问题。
