So my roommate told me to get dungeon defenders so we can play a tower defense game.

I just started and was told to play a "ranked" character, so i made a monk and he playing a apprentice.

with some fg, would it be wise to get some gear / mana so I get a headstart to the difficult grind?

I believe dungeon defenders 2 is out...

Honestly imo just play it as self find otherwise it would feel like you didn't accomplished anything.
IDK that's just me. When I played it on the PS3 it was so fun playing with people around your level, it didn't felt like
I was being carried.

I have it for the PC and eventually I'll dive into it and Stream it on Twitch. Although, it'll be hard to convince my friends to
get it as well to make it more fun. I prefer multiplayer games.
