Wow my topic just posted before I was done. Title should say "Squire DPS Build"

So I'm going to be playing a Squire along with a couple of my friends. Figure I'll use him as pure DPS while friends build towers.

How should I distribute my stat points (% or specific amounts)?

Or is this even a good idea? Willing to listen to other people's build ideas.

If you don't already have gear, I'd stick to a complimentary tower character to whatever he is building.

but DPS Squire is definitely feasible though hes not really considered one of the best...Barb & Monk both kind of outshine him, and even Huntress does except she won't be tanky obviously.

Hmm. Guess I'll spec him for towers then. Okay, Barbarian seems like a good DPS class. How would you recommend I build him?

fast swinging weapon/stack hero attack/decent hero health/good hero resist once you hit insane/NM mode (prior to that just health is fine)/100+ movespeed/cast rate is useful too due so you can repair their towers/high damage pet helps too

well respecs really aren't that expensive in this game once you reach higher levels, so its not like if you want to change period you can't as long as you have the gear to equip respecing is fairly cheap.
