I'm thinking about buying this game, and was wondering what platform it was most popular on. Should I get it for XBL Arcade or PC?

PC has the most content, unfortunately not many DLC's were released for xbox ( If any at all ) due to the fact it's just to expensive for a small gaming company to frequently release new content on XBOX. I have a few friends who have purchased it on every platform and they all seem to only play the PC version because of it's abundant content.
