I am very new to the game and would like to know some characters best to start with as well as how to level the up and apply stats and whatnot. I don't know any acronyms so simplify it to me lol
I would also appreciate links to build guides or anything really but I would prefer everything to come in a post on here. Thank you for your time

you can start with any class, there isnt any "easy" ones IMO

you can choose what type you want to play too, like a tower building guy or a DPS guy

Are there any like hardcore groups that play higher end game?

What characters would be Better for full tower vs dps and vice versa.

I play the iPad version if that plays any role in the decision process.

I'm not sure about hardcore group that play end game but there should be. As for character, most of the time people create multiple characters for tower and DPS. Each character has their own type of tower except for some. All characters are good for DPS, how great that character is will depend on your gear.

I just need advise on how to level up a char or what chars should be what. I have the iPad version.
