So I bought the game yesterday and its good fun

Have been farming Hard Mode Ramparts on my Squire for a few hours now;



Just about to buy the pack so I have nightmare etc unlocked but I know for a fact my gear isn't good enough.

What I wanted to know is, where would I farm to get 'better' gear?

I want to avoid buying stuff from people at the moment as its my first play through and there seems to be a lot of hacked items floating round.

well trans items are pretty good, but you have to play nm hc survival for good items

Ill just try to get into being able to do NM without buying anything from anyone, just need to get lucky with drops I guess

Uber monsterfests give nice items, but I don't know only on insane and nightmare which you might not be able to complete. :/ Buy gear from AFK shop!!! that's the best solution!!!

First wave endless spires on NM always used to be good for getting low myths, try that. Once you get a set of low myths you can farm just about anything for mana, such as plvling your own alts and getting about 500k+ mana per wave, which you can use to buy better mid myths from afk shops, then trying to get into bigger nightmare stuff from there.

If you do choose to buy something

That can still be hacked though. Nothing stopping someone from hacking mid-tier items to gain mana.
