I find best is later rounds of survival runs. wave 20+ give about 20-40+ mill depending on the wave.

If you pick up some of the items you get far far more. I usually do starting wave 13 since so many of the items disappear i clear about 50m easy

yeah, most end levels on nightmare gives a lot of mana, if you can clear them ;). Take ur time getting there tho, game gets into grind mode after

NM HC Endless Spires get you about 30-50m a run it so easy I can do it with just my app's weapon and genie equiped.

idd. it it takes around 15-20 mins. oh and u can check ur tavern for nice pets :)
