I play on xbox, don't have NM mode,
i have a lvl 70 squire with mediocre gear, spec'd for towers.
30 ish mage and monk and a lvl 7 rogue. what's the best way to level up my 3 lows?

repeatedly run deeper wellls on insane if u cant solo insane glit
you should be able to run insane glit on a tower squire easily tho

Yes. Insane glit runs are usually the preferred method, however the run distances for setup can become tedious at times. An alternative I prefer is insane hall of court runs, as setup takes only a few seconds. Survival mode on insane is also a viable option on most maps.

That is why I dislike Squires for later lvls.. They are so god damn slow.. Much easier to have an app/adept to set up defences :>

my defenses don't hold on glitter, the ogres rape my stuff got like 20 lvls on monk tho.

Hall of court bro. That level is so easy to maintain on, and the XP is solid.

i set up like this, bouncer blockade x2 on the stairs (by the lower crystal)
row of like 8 turrets around the crystal and above the bouncers
crystal gets killed on final wave by wyverns.

there a way to get my bows to target wyverns?

They should always attack what is closest.. So either your attack rate is too low, or get another turret thingy to take them down.
