Anyone know which of the two is better? Which one increases "dps" more then the other.

Also whats the actual limit of how many towers you can power at any single time like with the app guard upgraded to maximum? Is it always every 10th level you are allowed to increase the amount the app guard empowers?

Yea, every 10th level. 5 is the maximum afaik
