Nightmare Spook gives a Siccarius.

It's possible to see a VW in the store, but I doubt it'll go past 190^'s

Also, a 245^ VW that started even with 1 damage, would break 2M dps with 0 in hero attack.

No I think it could be possible to get the VW from nm hc mistymire. I've found a few blasticuses and unique items from it.

Well I have seen a 240 blasticus type gun in a shop they said they found in hc nm so it it very possible.
