first time playing this game (picked it up when the sales hit)... how do these trades work? Add to steam f/list + tavern it?

Anyway, want to buy some mana.... i see the rate is about 75 fg to 1 billion... which is about 13.33 million mana per fg. Is anyone willing to sell me some mana for 3 or 8 fg?
