yes, you can just have 3 other people afk in the game and you will get the achievement. Also, if you have an xbox controller you can plug it in and use that to take up a slot, or follow this guide http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?23119-How-to-emulate-a-controller-so-you-can-play-splitscreen-without-a-gamepad to emulate a contoller using your keyboard.

currently 3 in the game need 1 more for arhievement you can afk i kill them all
