I just finished a Summit medium run with 4 people just to get the teamwork award(last one to get for the achievement) to finish my chicken off, and we complete the run i get the items but not the award, no dc's during the run nothing, and afterwards I check the crystal in tavern for my statistics and there was no record of the run at all... that is annoying on so many levels.

try getting disconnected at wave 19 of surv... just when the loots are starting to get good. BOOM, you gone.

I don't know why this happened, I checked the wiki, and it says teamwork is for multiplayer only, would me having done it in a private match with friends have affected this?

Try completing an easy achievement you already have done. Sometimes it triggers the reward. Does it show you have achievement and just have not gotten trophy?
