Oh the irony

From the seller, which i believe is correct as it makes sense.
The max damage last patch was 96 on a Sicarius, per the dev notes. They buffed them by 30%, which happens to be 28.8 Damage. 28.8 damage + 96 = 124.8 which is 125 damage.
