Ok, I might be slightly ranting, but this is starting to agitate me greatly.

If an item has any negative stats, it is not near perfect.
If an item is 10% off of base damage, it is not near perfect.

Now, if an item has negative stats, but great specific stats (ie tower) then yeah, label it AMAZING TOWER GEAR.

Im just really tired of seeing people get ripped off with miss information on items.

I know alot of people will be angry at me because they can no longer take advantage of others, but hey, cant win em all.
