What makes an item "godly" and what makes an item "pristine" exactly? As in what do these prefixes bring along with them other than their names?

for both prefixes? As I understand it, the highest number you can have in one stat is 9?

the tiers like godly and legendary only shows how much more resistant they have.

The set bonus pristine applies for all tiers of pristine. ex: godly, legendary, epic.

Meaning essentially ur just looking for pristine legendary -> godly

So what you're essentially saying is... epic, godly and legendary prefix just lets you know how much resistance there is on an item.
pristine, chain, leather, plate and the such tells you how much stats there are?

Thank you I never noticed that before. That makes it a lot more clear. From what I have now taken from the wiki..

Quality affects the max stat that an item can have.
Armor Type affects how high the stat will have.
Lower armor types usually have higher resistance than higher armor types which makes sense when you think of the RPG element of it.
