Sadly I am not so interested in a casual guild. However, I'll still stay and chat on irc/vent whenever I got the time :)
Good luck with your more casual direction, and if you decied to go more "srs bsns", send me a msg on irc.

Yeah, sorry but with the way the game looks like its headed, there just doesn't seem like a point in making it so hardcore honestly. The game turned from being fun to a farm grindfest.

Everyone is welcome to come on IRC and chat/discuss the game or look for groups and thank you :)

Thoughts on pve: Great fun when doing co-op. More of a grind playing solo.
Thoughts on pvp: I'm competitive, but not ready for pvp I would imagine.

Where did you hear about Uprising? This topic.
Why do you want to Join Uprising? To chat to other people that play DD and play some games.
Who can vouch for you to join Uprising? I don't know anybody in Uprising, however I'm a gm trader that's been on jsp a while.
Any other things that you think we should know about you: Polite, up for a laugh, generally like messing about and having fun on games. However I know when to concentrate and knuckle down to achieve a goal :) Obsessed with collecting shinies or items. Must have..shiny..

Well I actually think that joining the clan will increase your chances on finding "pro" people to do "srs bsns" with. Even if you dont find them in the clan itself one member might have a friend that you could hook up with. Social networks are amazing in many ways, this is just one of them.

You got a point, however I have more than enough friends which play dd if I wanted to get hooked up as you describe. I applied here since I like jsp, and missalaire is a nice person to chat to on irc! Take notice how I didnt say "pro" as I dont think it is fitting. I for one think that there are alot of good players here on d2jsp, hence it would be nice to be gathered in the same guild/clan whatever as them. However as that is no longer the direction that Uprising is going, I would withdraw my application. Hope that cleared things up
