Just an fyi, webchat tends to lag out at times so I'd recommend using an IRC client if possible (i.e. mIRC, xchat, etc).

It's morning for most of us and sometimes people are alt + tabbed playing games or doing other things. The people who are on and stay idle in channel are the ones helping it grow, we could have more people on and possibly actively chatting if others would do the same and not just leave after logging on for 1 min and logging off when they don't get an answer.
