2) The max RESIST you can get cannot exceed even 40 per item, there is a cap -- I believe it's ~30-33(IF THAT) max.

These are modded, end.

/Edit it's 30-33 WITH a set bonus.

FURTHER - some of these items had to have close to 40 (or more) base stats.

i bought a set inhere wich should be fairly some of the best and that have arround 29-30 % stat all over with set bonus (was prepatch so might not keep up to current items) but mine is with bonus and figure its a LARGE boost to boost em to 79 % at a lvl 1 item :D(know the item isnt lvl 1 but since u have 82 tower dmg on the one that coolwave refered to i figured u only upped that one thing ?) correct me if im wrong many mod.. but ppl normaly mod so items seem to be posible to get without cheating ingame?

It's possible you didn't know how high numbers can legitly go up to, robby2x didn't and tried selling some very obviously hacked armor sets a little while back before he got called out on it.

Now, since I don't know exactly how high the new gear goes up to, that's all I'm gonna say. Although, I do find that a couple of the numbers of your stuff do seem rather high even by the new super loot standards.
