I did a 1-74 power level for myself and it took 4 hours getting about 1.8m a run, how would he do it in 2 hours

do 11 waves of hc misty without taking dmg and attacking at least once, you get around 4M xp and it takes around 30 minutes (counting build phase/loading). Havent tried that myself because I level my characters while doing survival runs on misty (gives good enough xp also), but I guess that would be the fastest way.

that xp value could possibly be higher, I haven't tested in a really long while.
