I'd say 25-35ish since most people don't farm UMF anymore so no need for the healing.

I'd figure the heals would be useful in HC MM for a nearly maxed res char.

It might be helpful but a good guardian app is much better since most the damage comes from towers in nm.

Yeah about 25-35ish is what I'd say. Honestly 35 is kind of pushing it.
