Ive seen a player for over a week now with hacked gear and USING it in front of TONS of people all week and has yet to be banned... why has he not be banned yet, he has had to FOR SURE been reported.... are they not actually banning people with hacked items or what..?

Yes they are, but I also saw that they had a pretty big delay (at minimum a few days) for reading technical reports. Cheating reports must come after >___>

the players name is neverwil .. if you see him in game you'll see what I mean... I screenshotted some of his stuff just for proof... If he isn't banned and I see him for another week I may just have to stop playing this game, and I'd rather not cause I really like this game....

Then don't stop and just ignore him and buy from trusted non-hacker member in here...

Only reason why there's still modder in this game is that people aren't aware what's the cap of item, got difficulty to check if it's legit or not. If nobody would buy item from modder they wouldn't be in game anymore (ever player a game with infinite life and damage? really boring. Only reason they have to keep playing is FG, as long as people will keep buying they'll keep making the items)

If you've any doubt just post a "price check" or "legit check" in the forum and i'm sure some experimented player will tell you if it's legit or not.

I don't know, I'm just saying, no matter what game it is (Titan Quest, Borderlands, DD), if it's easy to hack items the "want" to play the game and become godly lessens for me and makes me not want to play because the pursuit of good gear isn't the same.... It's just the way it is for me...

I must say, I feel the same way but to a lesser extent. I want to feel godly to the people I play with. If its the general public, yeah, the game gets less appealing. But for DD, I only play with my friends list so its not that bad.

And yeah, too bad about borderlands, that game was awesome before modded items starting being rampant :S. I had a few good items no one had, and it became pointless pretty fast. Farming Crawmerax became boring :S

You should always report it anyway on the Trendynet forums, but I agree Trendy should be doing more to stop hackers.

I also pretty much only play with people on my friends list now.
