I think (not 100% certain) that you can still edit items if items are on the ground as long as you're the host. Would have to test this out in Open or something to make certain.

If it seems too good to be true it generally means it is. People are getting smarter about buying the top tier items now anyways. So I don't know if anyone would be interested in taking the risk in purchasing them.

lol if u were selling that, i would not buy it just based on the fact the stats are so amazing i fear i will be reported every 5 mins HAHAH!!!
