It seems like an awfully lot of high positive stats. Most armor with upgrades that high and stats that high tend to have some lower or negative stats that offset it, but maybe dcbc can offer some more insight on this

kind of does, but seen some crazy shit armour alate, so might not be.

I haven't made it to 24+ on mix yet, so I haven't seen anything like this before. Kinda overwhelming

ive definitly seen armour with that high ups, but not stats like that =X so thats whats making me think it could be modded.

I haven't seen armors past 61^ and I haven't seen that many stats go above 50 on a single item.

Doesn't mean it's not possible -- but that is an awfully high amount of stats for every stat on that item.
