u have 20 upgrades.

28 is max on a equipment for a particular stats.

Kriticalrain you're quite illiterate to read that I typed fully upgraded. You get total 35 for wearing a full set 20 upgrades 9 base.

Perhaps you need a life than going around calling 'yours is hacked'?
