If you are offering an item/product, your topic is an FT topic, regardless of you labeling said topic incorrectly. "Iso fg" does not make your topic an ISO topic, as you are offering an item/product for said fg.
As someone offering a steam game / wallet funds, you may only fulfill the request of an existing ISO topic - unless the game you are offering is a tradable item in your Steam Inventory.
