If I purchase it on Steam, does it allow me to run both bnet and steam without the use of the process explorer etc. and can that version switch between regions or is it region locked to the region you bought it for?

You can switch regions, few guys run steam and battlenet at the same time

You still need to use Process Explorer, the instances can still detect each other even if they are running from different platforms. As for the region change, you can do it by using these launch parameters on Steam, for D2 Infernal Edition:

- address us.actual.battle.net for US
- address eu.actual.battle.net for EU
- address kr.actual.battle.net for Asia

Is there a guide on how to use process explorer with windows 11? I have friends who still use it but I couldn't get it to work when I tried. Just been using my laptop for the time being.
