You can’t just give the steam card code ??

No cause I think it's against trade rules here.
Too much risk of being scammed or w/e.
The other thing people do instead of gifting steam/bnet balance after 72hours(this is decent way to prevent stolen credit cards being used on the market)
You can gift games as soon as you add someone vs sending $ to their account.

question: if some1 was asking for 100USD gift card and due to my currency we agree that the buyer would get 75CHF (which is roughly 100USD) - would it be changed to his currency in his steam wallet? If yes, do we see somewhere, what the actual exchange-rates are steam is applying?
