Closing ira solved

When i accept the trade it doesnt let me

The error message says:

There was an error accepting this trade offer. Please try again later. (25)

Whats that and how can a fix it??

I just try to make a counter offer and says this:

"Make Offer

There was an error sending your trade offer. Please try again later.

This trade cannot be completed because it exceed the maximum number of items in your Team Fortress 2 inventory."
