1. there is no elo hell you are where you're supposed to be don't like it climb out, if you should be higher you will climb.

2. The chances of you running into a cheater outside of grandmaster is about a 1-3% chance everyone who performs well and kills you in game doesn't cheat 20 million players playing probably around 300k downloads on all the cheats that were out most recently in total pretty simple math.

3. solo que is a disorganized mess 95% of the time, just because you rank up in solo que vs teams who play like retards does not mean you will do well playing the same way on a team vs another team. No one does junk pushes in solo que, very few save ults, lots ult when 3 people on your team is dead it's basically pub stomping and individual performance is worth alot more than teamplay in general.

4. Junkrat is not good ever unless you're playing retards, Torb is not good ever unless you're playing retards, sombra can be good if played in a proper comp the proper way odds are that won't happen in your solo que games so don't play her, Reaper is not good vs dva or the 3 tank strats that run a dva and roadhog no matter what anyone tells you.

5. Mercy is the shittiest healer period and there is no reason to run her on your team unless you're also running a Pharah, Pharah is the shittiest dps and there is no reason to run her unless you're running a mercy. pharmercy is not shitty when played well.

6. If your in gold and the only way you win is running strats/hero's that only work vs retards you will never climb because those strats/hero's don't work in higher mmr. Meta is best at all skill ratings because why practice something that sucks at higher mmr if the goal is to climb.

7. If your team needs something to counter a hero on the other team and you're in the position to switch to that character switch on your next death period, don't wait for your ult unless your at 80% or better unless you're on a hero that builds ult extremely fast. (ana,sombra, etc)

8. its ok to stagger in on koh if you still have the point stalling for more % is ok, don't stagger in or ult unless your whole team is there if the point is in their control.

9. Mcree is garbage in this meta play soldier, unless it's needed to shutdown a tracer or pharmercy combo you should be playing soldier. (yep most my hours are on mcree and i don't like this anymore than anyone else.)

10. crying in comms the whole game will not help you win so shut the fuck up or be helpful.

11. having a mic and taking the role of leader can push your rank when done right, also communication is something that is almost necessary in mid master+ ranks but when most people realize the impact of communication not such "leader" is needed that much anymore, it evolves more to a team where everyone communicates when you rank up. You can easily gain ranks where you are not supposed to be mechanically if you create organized teams with your speech.

This has to be done right thought. You should ignore all the hate speech and possibly mute someone that has negative impact on the team chat !!! DON'T SAY IT OUT LOUD LIKE " I'AM GOING TO MUTE THIS KID" !!! just do it and continue like nothing happened.
do not push anyone to play a certain character you would like them to play. You can ask nicely but if he refuses then just build a team around him and avoid negativity. make calls like where you should go and when you should fall back and group. Also call out when people should save their ultis (like in fights where 2 of you get picked off instantly and you are very likely to lose). Telling the knowledge you have like "mercy hasn't used her ulti yet and has been healing for 5 minutes, kill mercy first in fights as she has her ult" might sound like common sense to you but people often tunnel vision etc. Team doing organized bad strat is better than a godlike strat unorganized most of the time.
