We're on a king of the hill map. One ally goes torb. Other ally goes symmetra. The symmetra switches to widowmaker last second, still bad.

What happens 5 seconds after go time? Widowmaker falls off the side of the map on her own.

This is why I'm losing rank.

It's not Blizzard games. This is just how good people are at video games.

You notice it a lot more in team based games. In single player PvP games you move passed those people in MMR and never see them again.

It's happening in Heroes of the Storm too! I got up to Platinum 2, and then I'm getting these players who are clearly crap.

In HoTS, my MMR was so high (64% win ratio with over 60 games played), that it paired me with much lower MMR players that were going down in rank who shouldn't have been at my ranking. Causing me to go down with them. Instead of ranking me up to reach 50% win ratio, they're taking me to 50% win ratio by pairing me with allies that will result in a sure-fire loss. So I'll be 50/50 win/loss at a much lower rank than I should be at.

In Overwatch, it's harder to explain. My MMR is TERRIBLE. I'm like 30% win ratio. I carry *HARD*. I should at least be 50% since I'm better than 90% of the people I play with/against, but it's not the case.
