In lower tier, I'm thinking Mei. I'm stuck at mid-tier gold at the moment (5-5 on placement matches). I am very disappointed by the +/- 1000 point match-making.

Tracer Genji in all tiers

McCree in higher tiers
Roadhog, Mei in lower tiers
Widowmaker in mid and high tiers (but only if you're a God{s})

It depends on what your skill is relative to the rank you're against.

I'd say zarya/genji/reaper/tracer are all pretty good. Depends on your teams picks and enemy teams picks which one to choose.

Zarya is just rly good in general cause you do rly good dps while still tanking and occasionally saving team mates. Not to mention you can team wipe people with ult

genji/reaper/tracer are all good but feel like reaper is the easiest (especially in lower tiers) cause of the ult

I carry hard on symmetra and torb on offense nps.

I find junkrat pretty op!

He has potential at everything if played right, had a lot games saved with him.
And he's not my main.

Symmetra very op too as jekel said tho, but very hard to play right, need special type of gameplay.

pharah is pretty op in low tiers. most players in lower tiers tunnel too hard to even realize youre above them lol

This. THIS. OMG THIS. Was playing Winston one game and we were getting wrecked by a Pharah...

My teams response when I brought it up? Our 2nd healer switched to Junkrat and our 2nd tank switched to Reaper. The other two were Mei and Symmetra (leaving Lucio as healer).

I about rage quit...

it's always annoying when your team goes with 2 short range dps chars then when the other team has a parah no one adjusts

well doesnt matter if you get displayed wrong cause if ur good you'll rank up no matter what without thinking about it , i got promoted to 48 for some stupid reason ended up 74 and stayed there
