Pixel: Nap time - Interrupt an enemy ultimate ability with Ana's Sleep Dart in Quick or Competitive play.

My question is, does this only affect specific char's ULT's? The reason I bring this up is I slept an angry monkey in my last game, and it didn't count. I'm assuming something like sleeping a junkrat who's using his tire wouldn't count, as that doesn't actually interrupt the tire. But I expected the monkey to count.

Yeah it doesn't work against harambe because it just "postpones" his ult and not an immediate interrumpt. Think of ults like Pharah's or Mccree for example

Winston's ult is an effect that changes him
It's not something he is channelling

After reading Eggson's response, that makes sense. It doesn't actually interrupt the angry effect, just "pauses" it if you will.

It doesn't actually do anything to the monkey unless its an enemy ana and its a winston on my team.
If the winston is on the enemy team it does almost nothing but my teams are retarded and wake him up instantly.
