The 5 gold medal victory!

play 1 round as healer and the rest of your rounds as roadhog. As a roadhog main i find myself with 4 golds and 1 silver in healing a lot. the hog is a master of this achievement. Is it actually an in-game achievement btw?

Zenyatta is the best at doing this by far especially in the 2 support meta, unless your team doesn't have a support then it would be Roadhog.

I don't think so but it should be

I've done it twice, once with roadhog and once with zenyatta

best i've got is 4 golds and a silver as soldier/reaper
