You can't win all your games in an MMR based system unless you're actually the best
Eventually you just get to a point where you'll win like 50%

I think if you gather up 3-4 people that REALLY know what they are doing, you will win 65-75% of games

I want to test this, be on my team? :D

Seems like you just need to improve your gameplay. The more you play the better you will get. If winning is all you're trying to do, just fall into what the team comp needs. If your goal is just to get better at Junkrat just play Junkrat and get better with him without caring about the result.

When playing quick play you should be winning ~50% of your games regardless. But the more you improve your own game play and ability to make plays(IE: when and where to perform your ULT instead of just doing it when ever), the better the results will be. Most matches are decided on the team comp and understanding of the hero you're playing. If you're under level 50 just play AMAP every hero just to understand how they work and basic mechanics so that you can learn how to counter them. It's a lot easier to play a main hero later on if you decide to play competitively.

For a while, maybe.

Then you'll go back to winning 50%.
And when you play on your own you'll win like 40%.

It's just how MMR works.

I promise you're a big factor in why you're losing

Like did you know, you're not actually supposed to go for the point in King of the Hill? You're supposed to go for kills and you are rewarded with the point as a result.

Just because you think you're doing everything right doesn't mean you truly are. You need to learn timing. It's one of the most important things. And you'll only learn that through experience.

Team up with friends that are around your playing experience and use the voice chat to tell them what you're doing, the location of enemies(and turrets). The sooner you accept that you're the cause of the win or loss the sooner you'll be able to see your mistakes and learn what you could have done to change the outcome.

Try not to team up with people who have a lot of experience and are very good. You might win more while playing with them but you'll die non-stop and might cause them to lose more games. Then when you go back to playing by yourself you might not win any games for a while because your MMR will be above your class.

We're all constantly learning. No matter how much we play. Overwatch is still a very new game. Just keep playing and you'll get better.
