just solo. The higher ranks players know how to play it competitively. Its not like the low levels. Since I am 78 and I see the pro players a lot of time.

I start off 63 in placement

Ranked solo queue is fine in team based games once you hit a certain point. You start playing with people that know how to actually use team work.

at rank 64, people r still going in 1 by 1 or we r getting ana/hanzo/widow players who only play that =/
maybe 25% of the teams i play with know to group up and wait for teammates to spawn
