the only way I can see it working is if you solo q and get stuck in the low rankings because no matter how good you are if your team is shit you are stuck

If you are much better than the ranking you can carry ezpz

If not you are at the right place

There's actually no point right now to do this. The only thing you gain from playing ranked is the competitive points to buy a golden weapon, which doesn't matter if you're ranked 10 or ranked 90. Just gotta play a lot.

I think the only point there's ever been to ranked... is to be ranked.

no matter how good you are if your team is terribad you won't win

Really depends on the level of bad, I mostly play with my team some of whom are competitive and really solid and some who are the exact opposite. Overall everyone in our group is 50-55 right now. As an example, the other day no one was on but me and one of our better players so went and played ranked and won 8 straight none were even close, we both hard carried every game, every point winning play was him or me or both of us. Point is a few people in the team are under ranked and a few are over ranked because we all play as a group the good and the bad but when just the good players play we carry hard and win a lot in a row.

there's 1 reason to get carried at a level above yours.

TO get that special top 500 spray.

Also; it's possible to carry but if your team is absolute trash, no matter how good you are you won't win by yourself.
