I was on a 4-5 game win streak and gained like 1/5th of a level because of leavers

I lost 1 game and lost an entire level.

Every single game I play win or lost basically has a leaver and I never get full experience anymore...

Can I even level up?

I was 58 and i have a 70% win rate and I have dropped to 55

9 of my first 10 had no leavers

Last match was the only one with enemy team having an afk

people who leave ranked should instantly lose a full rank as a suspension if they leave again within a week
after suspension they should get 1 more chance
if they still leave month ban from comp play
after that instant per,a ban if they leave

i also want a report feature for people who refuse to play with team and refuse to play as part of a team comp
like the asshole who swaps from support to hanzo when we already have a widow and are on attack
shit like this on the daily

tbh that seems a bit harsh, just keep adding on months of competitive ban per leave

well when you get 10th of a level every time you win and you lose an entire level every time you lose its pretty hard to progress even with a 60-70% win rate which is honestly decent.

no i mean the insta perma ban from either competitive or the game totally, not sure which cuz he didn't really specify

I seriously have an afker or 3 tracers on def or 2 widows on attack
