How do pro players play with "6-7" overwatch sensitivity?

I checked the website and it says "800 dpi" and 6-8 ow sensitivity. I tried changing it and it feels like i have to slide my mouse 4 times to move anywhere.

you do have to slide your mouse. you just aren't used to it yet. same with cs:go. it's just way better because you can easily put the cross hair on their head. and some pros play with even less than what you stated

i use 400 dpi and 6 sens, has nothing to do with crosshair placement really its because you should be moving your mouse with your arm and not your wrist, you have a ton more muscle memory in your arm than you do in your wrist making flick shots and snaps alot easier once your used to it because you arm remembers how much u need to move the mouse to get the desired amount of screen movement.

I've always played on high sensitivity because of Diablo 2

Diablo 2 made me so much better at gaming...
Having to move the mouse from 1 corner to the other very quickly and then namelocking, followed by centering the mouse at your feet...

1800 dpi. 15 in game sensitivity.
Mostly a tracking player.
Gonna lower it to 1400 and see if my hit scan improves.

I was the only one I know of in Diablo 2 that did the 2 screen backwards Blizzard trick
You needed ridiculous dpi to do it
(Teleport one way then cast Blizzard fast enough the other direction to cast it from your original location instead of your teleported one)

I don't even move my wrist to move the mouse sometimes. Mostly fingers unless I'm going side to side

really need to lower it alot for fps, i mean overwatch is different but its still muscle memory, from what i see from that link above pro's still use low sens as much on this game as csgo its a tad higher in general but not much and some players still use the same like myself. Big Mousepad low sens = best aim consistency. Also your mouse's sensor has a dpi it tracks best at which is typically 400/450/800/1200/1600/1800 depends on the sensor though i'd look it up before trying to get used to a new dpi.

google it, overclock.net normally has mouse sensor statistics. mine tracks best at 400, so i always use 400 even if i was high sens id use 400 and ingame would be tons higher.
