Tbh I haven't noticed too much of a difference either. The numbers looked to be pretty steep but he's still a top tier char imo

I do wish his rapid fire did 5 more dmg per click. But he's definitely fine.

Before noobs missed 1-2 of the rapid shots and still killed in one go. Now you just have to not miss any of the shots.
